OASIS Assessments: isn’t just a tool, it’s a partner in your work.

The OASIS forms serve multiple purposes: It is a requirement for payment for Medicare patients and is required to be submitted for all Medicare and Medicaid Managed care patients who are skilled, over 18 and not maternity. It is a requirement as part of the Home Health Quality Reporting Program which is part of home health star rating as well as the Value Based Purchasing program. It also provides the ability to document that patients meet conditions for payment.

In this blog post I want to introduce you to a significant development for Agencies offering skilled services.

INMYTEAM has built an OASIS module in regulatory requirements to help with compliance.
